Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Vermont Division of Emergency Management (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide Catering Services to Include Food, Beverages, Delivery, Setup and Takedown Relating to Vermont Emergency Management Business Functions. The proposal should include at a minimum: 1.1. Cost per person for cold morning refreshments to include: • Muffins, coffee cakes, or bagels • Butter, jam, peanut butter, or cream cheese • Cereal, granola, yogurt, and milk • Hardboiled eggs • Fruit, whole or sliced • Drinks, including coffee, tea, and juice • All paper goods and condiments 1.2. Cost per person for hot morning refreshments to include: • Scrambled eggs • Bacon, sausage, or ham and vegetarian sausage • Oatmeal or other hot cereal • Pancakes or French toast and VT maple syrup
