The 119th Wing, North Dakota Air National Guard, in Fargo, ND may have an upcoming project requiring up to 1100 Tons of ND DOT Spec Class V and 60 Ton of asphalt NDFAA43 asphalt cement 58-28. This requirement would have to be delivered to the 119th Wing in Fargo, ND over the timeframe of late August to mid-September, 2021.
This announcement is NOT a solicitation. At this time, this requirement has not yet been completely defined; however, a solicitation may be issued when a hard requirement has been defined for this potential project. Market Research is currently being conducted to determine potential Small Business sources who may be able to fulfill this requirement.
The general properties that would be required to be met for this potential requirement are the following:
