Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Management Services (Department) is requesting quotes for vehicle safety inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair services in the Ponderay, Idaho area; The Department has been receiving vehicle safety inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair services in the Ponderay, Idaho area through a Contract with a regional vehicle service and repair company. The current Contract is at its end, the Department is looking to put a new Contract in place to continue to meet the vehicle inspection, maintenance and repair needs in Ponderay, Idaho. Provide vehicle safety inspections and preventive vehicle maintenance services within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of vehicle pickup to the time of delivery of the serviced vehicle back to the Department. If the Contractor deems it necessary to have a longer service time due to unforeseen repairs or parts that need to be ordered, the Contractor must notify the Contract Manager, Hub Manager, Car Coordinator or his/her designated representative and a new timeline will be mutually agreed upon for the service to be completed.
