Specifications include, but are not limited to: One (1) Statewide On-Call Agreement, anticipated at $300,000 over a four-year term, is needed to conduct transportation related project-level air quality and/or noise impact studies for Department projects at various locations throughout the State. Typical assignments may include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: Conduct field noise measurements using Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) approved sound level meters. Gather real time traffic volume and movement data. Gather site specific survey and/or GPS data for input into air quality and noise modeling programs. Determine existing and future traffic data for input into air quality and noise modeling programs.
