Specifications include, but are not limited to: ARRC Passenger Services department needs a contractor to perform Depot customer service and baggage services in Portage and Girdwood Alaska on an as needed basis. The anticipated period of performance of this contract will be up to 5 years. Contractor shall provide the following types of services as the same may be requested by ARRC’s Manager, Passenger Depot Services or his designee during the term of this contract: Contractor will assist ARRC passenger preparing and answering questions for train arrival and boarding and passengers/crew members with the tagging, loading and unloading of baggage as well as organizing passengers for loading on the Coastal Classic/Glacier Discovery train
