Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University System of New Hampshire (hereafter referred to as USNH or Owner) representing the University of New Hampshire (UNH), is requesting proposals on behalf of the Piscataqua Region Estuaries Partnership (PREP) from qualified Firms to design and implement a web application of a user interface and user experience (UI/UX) for a developed PostgreSQL database of estuarine environmental monitoring data. This project will allow scientists, academic researchers, resource managers, and other interested parties to quickly and more efficiently access, display, and analyze environmental data collected by PREP and its partners within the Piscataqua Region Watershed of New Hampshire and Maine.
