Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor shall have experience in operating a Commissary Service Program using professionally trained personnel with experience in a correctional setting. B) The vendor must operate the Commissary program in a cost-effective manner with full reporting to Johnson County. C) The vendor shall implement a written Commissary program with clear objectives, policies, procedures and annual evaluation of compliance. D) The vendor must maintain an open, collaborative relationship with the administration and staff of Johnson County. E) The vendor must maintain standards established by Johnson County, as well as American Correctional Association (ACA) and any other relevant State standards. F) The vendor must have a central office with the capability to supervise and monitor the program ensuring satisfactory provision of services.
