Specifications include, but are not limited to: The state of North Dakota, acting through its Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Waste Management (the STATE) is soliciting proposals for the completion of a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment. The Phase II Environmental Site Assessment will assess contamination at the former M & H Gas Station located at 701 Dakota Avenue in Wahpeton, ND (the site). In addition to the Phase II Environmental Site Assessment, the Offeror shall prepare a risk-based analysis using the draft North Dakota Risk-Based Corrective Action (NDRBCA) procedure currently in development. The project will determine the nature and extent of contamination at the site and assess any risk(s) to human or environmental health. The information gathered during the project will be used to inform remediation and management decisions for the site as part of the North Dakota Brownfields Response Program.
