The intent of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to consider operational alternatives for Clubhouse operations, which includes the clubhouse buildings—pro-shop, snack bar/restaurant, lounge, the power cart storage area—and the immediate surrounding areas of the Clubhouse (collectively, “Clubhouse”), and to operate the golf professional services, driving range operation, banquet facility operations, and golf cart operations.
