Specifications include, but are not limited to: FSTEMS is looking for a modernized testing solution for proctored exams that must be cloud based accessible via a variety of browsers. Exams are administered throughout the State of New Hampshire and at locations where internet connectivity is limited or unavailable. The modernized solution is expected to be capable of providing exams to students in an offline environment so that when devices are reconnected to the internet, exams scores and related statistics are available for FSTEMS personnel to complete the examination process. The ideal solution must be accessible from a range of devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, or smartphones) where the proctored exams are conducted at various locations within the state.
