Specifications include, but are not limited to: a qualified firm to provide Professional Design Services through the Construction Manager-at-Risk (“CMAR”) delivery method for a Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (“LRWRA”) project that will involve the development of a sewer extension to allow for growth in the Port of Little Rock. The sewer extension project will include the design and construction of a new pump station and force main. Consultant shall be familiar with the General Contractor/Construction Manager (“GCCM”) delivery method, as this project is intended to be delivered through a CMAR process. Responders should demonstrate their experience with alternative delivery services, specifically expertise with procurement following Arkansas state law.
