This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.
The NAICS code is 333999 and the Small Business Standard is 500 Employees. This is a notice for a Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) solicitation. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to solicit responses from qualified sources capable of providing:
Fifteen (15) 2000 CFM Hepa Filters in accordance with the attached Request for Quote, Attachment 1, Exhibit A, and Attachment 1 to Exhibit A.
This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. The Required Delivery Date will be December 17, 2021.

Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the posting of the solicitation and any amendments thereto.
