Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Chittenden Solid Waste District (the District, CSWD) invites interested firms to submit proposals to provide a Boundary and Topographic Survey of our closed landfill located at the end of Redmond Road in Williston, Vermont. Known historic landfill limits encompass approximately 20 acres of a 65-acre parcel. The District is charged with maintaining the final cover system, the leachate collection system, the landfill gas vent system and the groundwater collection system associated with Phases 1-3 of the landfill per State of Vermont post-closure care requirements. Firms responding to this RFP must meet the following requirements: • Be led by a Professionally Licensed Engineer or Surveyor, • Assign a lead project manager that has a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Surveyor, • Demonstrate experience with public works entities, • Be able to provide all the services listed in this RFP, either within the firm or by using a subconsultant.
