Specifications include, but are not limited to: MD529 seeks the services of a Communications/Public Relations firm to provide crisis communication and public relation services in relation to the following: 2.1 Strategic Crisis Communications Plan Establish communications with the media, public, legislators, account holders, etc. Provide strategies for controlling the message. Provide other strategies that MD529 can use to ensure preparedness for any crisis. 2.2 Media Relations Strategy/Support Develop ways/methods to respond to questions. Help prepare MD529 and/or MD529 Board spokesperson when speaking with the media/public. 2.3 Social Media Support Develop ways to manage/respond to negative or untrue posts/comments.
