Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The County requires a dependable source of quality Infield Mix, the material shall consist of 70% Sand and 30% Clay (Tan or Red raw clay). 2. The County contemplates awarding an Agreement for provision of the required material. Required quanties are estimated as follows, County reserves the right to adjust the quantities based on actual need for each year of of the potential seven (7) year term: a. Infield Mix: Year 1 – 100-500 Tons Years 2 through 7 – 100 to 500 Tons b. Clay: Year 1 – 50 to 100 Tons Years 2 through 7 – 50 to 100 Tons 3. Bid must include pricing for each year of a potential seven (7) year contract. County will consider either fixed pricing for each year or some type of clearly measurable and auditable price increase mechanism such as a CPI index. In addition to termination for convenience or breach, County reserves the right to terminate the contract or to award no task orders depending upon County Council’s annual approval of budget. Bidder’s bid must include clearly described pricing for all items.
