Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock Fleet Department is seeking a supplier to provide a landfill rated tow behind environmental coatings applicator with attachments to aid in landfill maintenance and prevent fires from occurring. A. Upon submission of their bid, vendors shall agree with and qualified to perform the work as outlined with all information present, or provided thereafter, within the Bid and Contract Documents Event 1928: Environmental Coatings Applicator sections of this solicitation. B. The vendor shall provide one (1) landfill rated tow behind environmental coatings applicator with attachments. C. The vendor shall provide an applicator with twenty-one-inch (21”) ground clearance solid rubber tires. D. The vendor shall provide an applicator with two (2) independent suspension axles with capability of holding 10,000 pounds. E. The vendor shall provide an applicator with at least a 170-gallon reserve water tank capacity. F. The vendor shall provide an applicator with a positive displacement gear pump. G. The vendor shall provide applicator with a 4D heavy duty battery. H. The vendor shall provide an applicator with electronic throttle control. I. The vendor shall provide an applicator with audible alarms. J. The vendor shall provide an applicator with an emergency shutdown capability. K. The vendor shall provide nozzle attachments that include a 15° flat spray, 25° flat spray, 50° flat spray, and 25° low flow flat spray.
