Specifications include, but are not limited to: Floor Mat Services. The State seeks to enter into contracts with providers who furnish Contractor-owned floor mats. The Contractor may also sell floor mats to Purchasing Agencies. Contractors are on a service route/delivery schedule. Pickups and deliveries will be made according to the Contractor’s delivery schedule. The Purchasing Agencies and Contractor will prepare a Participation Addendum that describes the commodities and services being purchased, including the frequency and services schedule. Prior to the termination of the contract for any reason, all Contractor-owned property will be picked up by the Contractor or returned to the Contractor by the Purchasing Agency. If Contractor-owned property is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the Purchasing Agency will reimburse the Contractor for the excessively damaged Contractor-owned property. It is the State’s intent to have all State Agencies, upon expiration of their own individual contracts, use this contract for floor mat and facility services.
