Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will provide comprehensive operational and clinical pharmacy management services to include the staffing listed below, for two Joint Commission certified facilities: Evansville State Hospital (ESH), a 168-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital, and Evansville Psychiatric Children’s Center (EPCC), a 28-bed child/adolescent behavioral health facility. These services include, but are not limited to, staffing, daily operations management, clinical pharmacy consultation, cost containment, productivity measures, patient safety medication management and regulatory compliance. Policy and procedure manuals will be available for reference as well as electronic tools, resources, and programs to ensure complete pharmacy operational success. Contractor agrees to provide, subject to the approval of the State, professional services of: One (1) Director of Pharmacy with a valid Indiana license and PharmD education with management experience. Psychiatric/mental health services preferred. Two (2) full-time registered Pharmacists with a valid Indiana license. Psychiatric/mental health services preferred. One (1) Pharmacy Technician with a valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician certification.
