Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Delaware Department of Transportation’s Delaware Transit Corporation (Department) for the purpose of acquiring proposals from qualified bidders to provide hardware, software, system implementation, testing, training, and continued warranty and updating requirements as required in this RFP for transit system bus shelter signs. The purpose of these signs is to enable the Department’s customers to receive a real-time update. The Department will have full right to control and configure the displays at each location and must retain ownership of the content. The hardware and software systems should be upgradeable to include the future development of touchscreen kiosks and similar enhancements.
