Specifications include, but are not limited to: Due to ongoing staffing shortages, the DEPARTMENT is seeking to select one (1) firm (SERVICE PROVIDER) to provide an Equipment Operator Instructor and Training Supportive Services Consultant. The SERVICE PROVIDER will work with identified DEPARTMENT staff in District I to ensure staff are appropriately trained on identified equipment and have received formal training as directed. The SERVICE PROVIDER will be required to physically be on-site at one (1) of the District I locations at least forty (40) hours per week and will be required to work all shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary. The SERVICE PROVIDER will also assist the DEPARTMENT with Accident Investigation involving DEPARTMENT staff and assist with general paperwork and inspections regarding training, safety, and equipment operation.
