Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Exterior Painting Services. furnish all transportation, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, services, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary for the exterior painting; Dates and times to be mutually agreed upon between CHP Facilities Coordinator, on-site contact, and Contractor. Contractor shall check-in and check-out with the CHP on-site contact person or designee each day. A. All exterior walls previously painted and any other exterior walls specified. B. Exterior shall include main building structure, carport, outbuildings within the boundaries of the facility, fences, gates, sheet metal structures, metal trim, etc. C. Surfaces to be painted and water sealed may include wood, metal, plastic, stucco, and masonry block.
