Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Purchasing Division has been requested to approve a Direct Award Purchase to provide Trane Tracer Controls Support and conversion for the General Services Division Pursuant to WV Code 5A-3-10c, the Purchasing Division is attempting to determine whether the commodity or service is a direct award procurement. A Building Automation Technician will provide Trane Tracer Software support to include debugging and programming services, software updates, repairs, such as replacing control boards, sensors, modules, relays, specialized fuses or batteries which would inhibit the programmer from inputting data changes to the equipment in the event of a system failure on an as requested basis. Labor rate - $165.00 per hour 72-hour response time (barring any issues with obsolete parts) Necessary parts will be provided at manufacturer cost plus 30% markup Preventive Maintenance Ordering: After award of this Contract Agency and Vendor shall agree upon a Preventive Maintenance schedule. The Agency shall then issue a release order against this Contract covering the agreed upon Preventive Maintenance to be performed.
