Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement and rehabilitation of concrete infrastructure including curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveways, and pedestrian ramps; The work shall consist of all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary, but not limited to, saw cutting adjacent surfaces, removal of existing materials including up to 10 feet of existing curb, gutter and sidewalk and including asphalt/concrete, existing base / subgrade, disposing of excavated material in a lawful manner, installation of new Type 2 aggregate base compact to 95% MDD, placement of new curb, gutter and sidewalk, and installing a new frame and cover for the existing drain inlet. This work shall consist of all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary, but not limited to, saw cutting adjacent surfaces, removal of existing materials including asphalt/concrete, existing rebar, existing base / subgrade, disposing of excavated material in a lawful manner, installation of new Type 2 aggregate base to a depth of six inches (6”) compact to 95% MDD, installation of new concrete reinforced (#4 Rebar, 18” on center) valley gutter and spandrel, and removal and replacement of asphalt or concrete adjacent to the valley gutter or spandrel as needed for transition.
