Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this RFP, Merrimack County intends to select a respondent to enter into a contract to perform HVAC upgrades and control replacements at two sites owned by the County of Merrimack; The County of Merrimack aims to move as quickly as practicable and identify the most qualified Respondent that: 1. Meets the needs of the County of Merrimack. 2. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of HVAC, controls, and building construction. 3. Understands specifications for HVAC, controls, permitting, and zoning regulations for the AHJ, City of Concord, and the State of NH DES. 4. Capable of recommending additions to the project scope to satisfy the needs of the county. The County of Merrimack is soliciting proposals for General Contractors to oversee mechanical and electrical contractors to upgrade the HVAC systems for both buildings and replace all controls in both buildings. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of a qualified general contractor to install new HVAC equipment and new controls at two Merrimack County buildings.
