In general, the project consists of a boilerreplacement project at the Facilities maintenance Building and Garage according to the terms, conditions, andspecifications of this solicitation.This project is outlined in further detail in section four (4) of this document.The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire offers from various vendors, conduct a fair evaluation based on criteria listed herein, and select the candidate who best provides the County with the desired product and/or service.
