Specifications include, but are not limited to: i) Lump Sum Bid for the Installation of 500 Linear ft. x 6ft. tall Chain Link Fence & 3 each 20ft. x 6ft tall Swing Gates. ii) The desired outcome is installation of a fence and gate. This project includes installing approximately 500 linear feet of 6 foot high chain link fencing and three (3) double swing gates each 20-foot wide by 6 feet high at the Public Works Thayer Street Operations Facility. Bid price will be lump sum for installation of fencing and three gates. Work completed and accepted will be paid for at the bid price, which price shall be full compensation for all work as prescribed herein, and for all labor, equipment, tools, concrete, excavation and incidentals necessary to complete the work.
