Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Rhode Island Department of Administration/Division of Purchases, on behalf of the Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide statewide transportation brokerage services for the Rhode Island NonEmergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Program. This is structured as a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The Rhode Island NEMT Program is for: 1. Eligible and enrolled Medicaid beneficiaries; 2. Rhode Island residents over the age of sixty (60) who need transportation under the Elderly Transportation Program (ETP); and, 3. Monthly bus pass distribution under the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program.
