Specifications include, but are not limited to: Burlington Parks, Recreation & Waterfront (“BPRW”) is requesting bids for a facilitator for work related to a Vermont Outdoor Recreation Grant. The City seeks an outside facilitator to allow the City to participate similarly to other partners. Work with BPRW staff to understand the initial intent of ONE Burlington prior to the work with the larger group Facilitate meetings with the ONE Burlington partners, including leaning into partners to stretch and grow with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work. 1. Project Components: a. Wetland Walk Connection Upgrade boardwalk, location generally depicted on the map below in Attachment D – Project Map, which will include the items below: o Remove old boardwalk. o Install new, raised approximately 100-foot-long section of boardwalk (totaling approximately 370 feet in length), with central viewing platform. o Supporting seasonal park maintenance staff during each season of construction. b. Burlington Bike Park Build mountain bike flow trails within 2.75-acre forested lot above existing parking area at Leddy Park in Burlington, location generally depicted on the map below in Attachment D – Project Map, and which will include the items below: o Ensure all environmental and quality elements are met, in collaboration with the Burlington Parks, Recreation, and Waterfront (BPRW) Department, specifically the city Arborist. o Design flow trails. o Construct approximately three-quarter (.75) miles of trails.
