Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bismarck, North Dakota, requests proposals from qualified and experienced Vendors to provide and install a System for hardware and software which is available in terms of rugged Mobile Video System, Body Worn Cameras, Investigative Interview/Booking Rooms, and a Digital Evidence Management Software. The Mobile Video System devices will be permanently mounted in City vehicles such as police cars and individual officers will utilize the Body Worn Cameras in the field. The Mobile Video System and Body Worn Cameras will be exposed to harsher conditions than a typical office environment. The Investigative Interview/Booking Rooms are all located within a single structure (Bismarck Police Department) situated in various areas throughout the building.
