Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Starkville is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified engineering firms for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Comprehensive Evaluation. This project will evaluate the wastewater treatment plant and make recommendations for improvements to the overall system for inclusion in the Starkville Utilities Capital Improvement Plan. Services for this contract will include but are not limited to: Evaluation of the existing wastewater treatment plant and its processes, including performance, capacity, and unit process performance assessments. Development of a long term proposed improvement plan, including preliminary cost estimates. Recommendations for funding options.
