Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals that will envision, develop and implement two special area plans: La Madre Foothills Special Area Plan and the Kyle Canyon Special Area Plan. The goal of the special area plans will be to guide new development and infrastructure that are specific to these areas and are consistent with the overarching goals and outcomes in the 2050 Master Plan. Applicants will create a proposal that will clearly describe how they will accomplish creating two distinct plans – one for La Madre Foothills and one for Kyle Canyon.
