Albuquerque Public Schools is seeking proposals from vendors offering eight (8) Cisco 93180YC-FX3 switches and associated components or equivalent. Proposals must include: 2. One (1) year of standard hardware warranty on the gear. 3. All professional services to install and configure the switches as defined below. 4. Include as a separately quoted option these additional services: A. Five (5) Year of Smartnet Subscription with 8x5 next business day hardware replacement or equivalent. Goods and services quoted shall be clearly designated as “E-rate Eligible”. Non-eligible goods and services shall be clearly called out as 100% non-eligible or shall be “cost allocated” to show the percentage of eligible costs per SLD guidelines. The switches should meet the following requirements: ● Must have at least 48 ports of 1/10/25-Gbps and 6 ports of 40/100-Gbps. ● Must support a minimum of 1,792,000 IP address entries. ● Must support at least EIGRP and OSPF routing protocol. ● Must support VXLAN. ● Must support Virtual Port-Channel. ● Must be able to support ACI, Application Centric Infrastructure. Scope includes shipping, delivery, and staging of all equipment. The scope also includes labor, licensing, materials, equipment, vehicles, and tools to complete the work, cleanup, transportation of workers, and transport and disposal of all excess materials and waste off-site.
