Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Rochester is requesting bids for updating of 5 restrooms in our public library. This project will consist of removal of VCT flooring and cove base, removal of toilets and sinks, removal of lower 4ft of sheetrock from the walls, removal of paper holders and mirrors. Installation of LVT on the floors of all restrooms the City of Rochester will provide samples of product they would like to have installed. Walls from ground up 4ft will be covered with a moisture resistant backer board to accommodate the installation of ceramic tile including bullnose and base tiles and grout. All ceramic tile installed will have an application of tile sealer applied. The City of Rochester will provide samples of chosen design of ceramic tile and grout. New ADA compliant toilets with battery powered automatic flush valves will be provided and installed in all 5 restrooms. New ADA compliant sinks and battery powered automatic faucets will be provided and installed in all 5 restrooms. 5 new infant changing stations will be provided and installed. New mirrors will be provided and installed in all 5 restrooms. Toilet paper dispenser and soap dispensers will be provided by the city and contractor will install...
