Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Price Agreement with a Contractor who can supply high quality Jet “A” Fuel for Air Care, a department of San Juan Regional Medical Center and San Juan County Sheriff’s Office. Fuel will be unloaded from transport trucks into a 10,000 gallon underground storage tank located at San Juan Regional Medical Center (SJRMC), 801 West Maple, Farmington, New Mexico. The Sheriff’s Office located at 211 S. Oliver Drive, Aztec, NM has the ability to accept approximately 1,000 gallons. Fuel will be ordered on an as needed when needed basis with delivery instructions made at time of order. If an urgent order is needed, fuel delivery may be needed within 24 hours of order at no additional cost.
