Specifications include, but are not limited to: San Juan County is seeking proposals from qualified security firms to provide unarmed uniformed security services for San Juan County Parks & Facilities. Security services shall be provided at the San Juan County La Plata Industrial Park located on Hwy 170, in Farmington, NM or as otherwise specified during the term of the contract. Security services shall be provided 12 hours per day, seven days a week from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am each day or as needed. The Contractor shall provide surveillance of property and equipment with regularly scheduled tours of the site, check all gates, exterior entry ways to buildings, windows and other property areas. The security guards will also provide surveillance of the new movie backlot scheduled to be built in the next 30-45 days. This backlot is located approximately .5 miles south of the main Industrial Park buildings. Contractor shall report any unusual activity, incidents or hazardous conditions to designated County personnel immediately and provide written reports of incidents that occur.
