Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mechanical sweeping of Streets and Municipal parking lots for the 2023 season. Initial spring clean-up shall commence no later than the last week of April. Once the initial clean-up is completed, a once per week maintenance cleaning of the downtown core and side streets will be done every Friday morning for the entire summer season ending the second week of October. Dumping site will be provided by the Town of Wolfeboro and a dump truck will be available on-site during the initial clean-up. Adverse weather conditions and general direction will be at the discretion of the Highway Foreman or his designee. Contractor may also be required to sweep at different times than specified with a 24 hour notice from the Town of Wolfeboro. Specifications: Contract to be based on an hourly sweeping rate; Minimum of an 8000lb class machine; On-board watering system for dust control maintained operable at all times; Water will be supplied by the Town of Wolfeboro; Machine to be equipped with a gutter broom and main broom with an 8ft path minimum; Machine to be capable of dumping into a six wheeled dump truck; All areas to be swept clean with no left over material due to improper operation or faulty equipment; Hours of work will be 5am-5pm
