Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) has issued this Invitation to Bid (ITB) in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes, Chapter 332, with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining sealed bids (Bid) from qualified vendors (Contractor) to manufacture gate podiums, boarding pass kiosks, and ticket counter inserts (Project). It is the intent of the RTAA to select a qualified Contractor licensed to work in the State of Nevada to manufacture eleven (11) gate podiums, eleven (11) boarding pass kiosks, and twenty-one (21) ticket counter inserts per drawings and technical specifications, and to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to provide the scope of work entitled “Shared Use Phase 1 Podiums” per the specifications, drawings, and plans provided herein as Attachment D - Technical Specifications and Drawings subject to all terms and conditions contained in this ITB.
