Cutting tool specifications will list how blades are manufactured and material. e. Cutting tool specifications will list if and how handle may be adjusted. f. Cutting tool specifications will list the manner of control switch. g. List power source manufacturer, volts, recommended amp hour. h. List NFPA cut rating that are met. i. Dimensions with handle and guard j. Manner of control switch 2) A Battery operated spreader. a. Spreader will have a spreading capacity of 24 inches b. Spreader will have a lowest spreading force of 12000lbs minimum c. Maximum spreading force will be listed in bid (in pounds of force) LBF d. Maximum pulling force will be listed in bid (in pounds of force) LBF e. Weight with battery will be listed in spec f. List power source manufacturer, volts, recommended amp hour. g. Dimensions with handle and guard h. Manner of control switch 3) A Battery Operated ram system. a. Ram system will have a closed length no greater than 23 inches and will have the capability to extend greater than 30 inches. b. Maximum force per piston will be listed in LBF c.
