Specifications include, but are not limited to: For Lots One and Two, the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, is seeking to contract with vendor(s) capable of providing passenger transportation services from award through the full term of the contract. The Vessel Captain has the sole authority to determine how many passengers may betransported during a single sailing.The contract(s) for each of these lots will be for the sole purpose of transporting passengers on marinecharter vessels to the locations identified in Section 1.01. All trips will depart and terminate in eitherKodiak or Homer with stops in other locations. No more than 50 pounds of Carry-on Luggage per passenger is acceptable. At award, AMHS will provide a cost table for items that could exceed the 50-pound carry-on luggage requirements. Payment for such items will be in accordance with Section 2.18.
