Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of North Dakota acting through its Office of Management and Budget, State Procurement Office, intends to add a Medicaid custom forecast to an existing contract. The initial contract is between the State of North Dakota acting through its Office of Management and Budget, and Moody’s Analytics, Inc. At this time, North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has an immediate need for a Medicaid custom forecast to include: Moody’s will provide the client with custom forecasts for Medicaid eligible across the following breakdowns (which must occur within six (6) weeks of the contract start date): Total Medicaid eligible . Less than age 21 . Over age 65 . Disabled . Non-disabled adults . Expansion enrollees . Moody’s will provide the client with a custom forecast of monthly average units of service for “Nursing Homes & Hospice” within Long-term Care. . . Moody’s will also estimate the portion of overall Medicaid enrollment attributable to the federal Public Health Emergency.
