Specifications include, but are not limited to: Engineering Services Basic on-call, as-needed, services to include general engineering consultation as defined in a general sense, with duties to include, but not limited to, planning, providing preliminary surveys, designs, specifications, as-built drawings, working drawings, providing probable construction cost, and providing for contract procurement services and contract administration services for specific projects identified by the County. Contractor shall also provide engineering services which are non-project specific. Various types of projects include, but are not limited to: A. Roadway Alignment and Design B. Site Design for Structural Projects C. CDBG and Colonias Projects D. Bridge Maintenance and Design E. Airport and Industrial Park Projects F. Drainage and Waterway Maintenance Projects G. Solid and Liquid Waste Projects H. Economic Development Projects I. Projects resulting from funding sources such as New Mexico Environmental Department, USDA, New Mexico Severance Tax Bond Appropriations, New Mexico General Fund Appropriations and loans from New Mexico Finance Authority Environmental Services Basic on-call, as-needed, services to include general environmental consultation as defined in a general sense, with duties to include, but not limited to, planning, assessment, remediation of related requirements by the New Mexico Environment Department, or delegating authority, and providing for general administration of clean-up projects. Various types of projects include, but are not limited to: A. Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments B. CDBG and Colonias Projects C. Soil and Groundwater Assessment D. Soil and Groundwater Remediation E. Industrial Hygiene F. Brownfields Assessments G. HUD Environmental Assessments H. Green Building Consulting Archeological Services Basic on-call, as-needed, services to include general archaeological consultation as defined in a general sense, with duties to include, but not limited to, planning, assessment, mitigation and providing for general administration of issues related to State Historic Preservation Office, or delegating authority. Various types of projects include, but are not limited to: A. Archaeological Surveys B. Historic Structure Surveys (HABS and HAER) C. Site Significance Testing D. Site Mitigation E. CDBG and Colonias Projects Surveying Services Basic on-call, as-needed, services to include general surveying consultation as defined in a general sense, with duties to include, but not limited to, right-of-way, boundary and construction surveying. Various types of projects include, but are not limited to: A. Right-of-Way Research and Surveying B. Land Development and Topographic Surveying C. Construction Surveying and Staking D.
