Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Williams Area office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Fuel Storage/Dispensing System Testing and Certification services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License and Certification Requirements: Contractor must possess and maintain the following license and certification during the term of the Agreement. • Contractors State License Board C-61/D-40 Service Station Equipment and Maintenance Contractor license. • International Code Council (ICC) Certification for Underground Storage Tank System Operator. • International Code Council (ICC) Certification for Aboveground Storage Tank Installer/Retrofitter.
