Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove the existing Roof-Ton 5-Ton Heat Pump unit and discard. 2. (Labor and Materials, to): Install 1 New 5-Ton Heat Pump Package unit per the specifications in the ITB. 3. Install all new Controls and Control wiring. 4. Clean all Grilles and Diffusers to a Like-New condition, or replace Grilles and Diffusers as needed. 5. Replace the electric Space Heater, in Room #9, with a matching unit, and prepare this unit for automatically controlled heating operation. 6. Install one new Mini Split system, with a ceiling mounted Cassette evaporator, at the center of the Driver License Office, with a (roof or wall mounted) remote condenser, at 36,000 BTU Cooling, similar to Mitsubishi PLZA36N, with a remote thermostat, water pump, (to the nearby toilet room plumbing) and related accessories. 7. Clean and Service the existing Mini-Split HVAC System, that serves the Vestibule, to its original performance capacity.
