Specifications include, but are not limited to: Red Clay Consolidated School District is planning to utilize ERATE Category II funding to create new IDF closets at Baltz Elementary, Richardson Park Elementary, Heritage Elementary, Dickinson High School, and A.I. High School. The vendor is responsible for all cabling installation, termination, testing, and documentation. Each cable is to be labeled per Red Clay Technology Dept. instructions. Cabling test results must be submitted to the Red Clay technology dept before submitting the invoice for the project. The vendor must be on the State of Delaware approved contractor list for Data and Voice Structured Cabling, contract no. GSS21441-DATA-CBL. The project is contingent upon receiving ERATE Category II funding for internal connections in the 2023 filing year. If ERATE Category II funding for internal connections is not granted, the project will not proceed, and all proposals will be denied. The purchase will occur after the District receives the award information concerning ERATE.
