Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Duties and Responsibilities Red Clay Consolidated School District is planning to utilize ERATE Category II funding to upgrade the fiber at two (2) locations. A 12-strand plenum OS2 single-mode indoor/outdoor rated fiber cable per State of Delaware technology and architecture standards installed at the following locations: - From the Meadowood School and from the Meadowood MTP building to the MDF closet at Forest Oak Elementary School - From the Early Learning Center to the MDF at Stanton Middle School A new fiber line must be buried in a conduit or run aerial between the schools. The vendor will determine the best path between the schools and inside the schools to connect the MDF closets, subject to district approval. Attending a walk-through is mandatory for these projects. The vendor is responsible for all cabling installation, termination, testing, and documentation. Each cable is to be labeled as per the Red Clay Technology Dept. Instructions. The vendor must be on the State of Delaware approved contract for Data and Voice Structured Cabling, Contract No. GSS21441-DATA_CBL.
