Air handling units will be relocated to mezzanine deck for ease of maintenance. Outdoor condensers will be replaced with heat pump condensing which will serve new air handlers. 5. Remove and install new lighting fixtures. 6. Hazardous material abatement. 7. Reuse two air handling and modify existing ductwork. Install new grilles and register in remodeled areas. C. Create new ADA women’s locker room by expanding into existing break room 1. Install new toilets, showers, lockers, dividers, and accessories. 2. Saw cut floor for underground sanitary piping to plumbing fixtures and floor drains. 3. Domestic cold and hot water piping for new toilets, showers, and lavatories. 4. Create electrical room for distribution panels. 5. Relocate water heater to mechanical space in storage platform in warehouse. 6. Change water heater to instantaneous type and locate in new mechanical room instead of mezzanine.
