Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Civil/Site Improvement Design. Such work may include environmental engineering, traffic and roadway design, NEPA compliance work, etc. • Community Relations coordination and/or support. This may include public relations support. • Conceptual Planning. Conceptual designs, feasibility studies, operational studies, and/or design charrettes to prepare the project for more detailed design and funding. • Constructability Reviews. In conjunction with design of equipment or facilities, constructability reviews may be required to ensure the design provides for ease and efficiency in construction and that the design would not discourage or preclude qualified contractors from bidding. • Electrical Design. Electrical design may include design of interior or exterior lighting, communications systems, fire alarm, solar array systems, backup generator systems, electric vehicle charging, battery storage, and other electrical systems. Specific expertise and experience with battery storage and electrical vehicle charging is desired.
