THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or promise to issue a RFQ in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Delaware Air National Guard is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
BACKGROUND - DESCRIPTION. The 166th is soliciting information on industry's capacity to fulfill a requirement to provide the acquisition of Advertising Services IAW the attached Draft PWS at the Christiana Mall in Newark, Delaware.
REQUESTED INFORMATION. The Contracting Office is interested to see if the industry can meet the acquisition requirements of this effort.
RESPONSES. Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI via email response to Michael Palet at michael.palet@us.af.mil and Kelly Hess at kelly.hess@us.af.mil. The responses provided will be reviewed by members of the 166th Contracting Office. These individuals will include both military and civilian personnel employed by the 166th's Contracting Office.
