Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this project is to rehabilitate the Richardson between milepost 65 to 80. Consultant work includes: 1. Conduct a Value Engineering (VE) Study for the project 2. Map wetlands and habitat along the project corridor 3. Develop the design to replace an existing traffic counter locate at MP 66 4. All civil design tasks required to develop the project’s Design Study Report (DSR), Prelim and Final PS&E assemblies 5. Taking the lead role in pro-actively coordinating the project’s design with Department support groups including environmental, bridge, right-of-way, utilities, materials, hydrology, and construction departments. Incorporate support group designs into the DSR and PS&E assemblies 6. Utility coordination and permitting assistance 7. Design support while the project advertises for construction bids and while the project is being constructed
