Specifications include, but are not limited to: Department of Administration, DCAMM, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering and consulting services and act in an advisory capacity to DCAMM for current and long-term planning and management of the campus-wide utility infrastructure systems servicing the John O. Pastore campus. The primary focus of this solicitation shall be on the following utility systems across the campus. - Electrical Power & Steam Generation systems that consist of Combustion Turbine Generators (CTG), Gas Engine Generators (GEG) and Steam Turbine generators (STG) and all related power generation systems and controls. - Medium Voltage underground and overhead electrical distribution system - Steam distribution systems (High, medium and low- pressure systems) - Condensate return systems. - Backup and standby power generation systems design and consulting - Emergency response and coordination services to support DCAMM in minimizing impacted utility down times. - Management oversight of the Power Plant Operations
